Event Description:
Integrating leadership training back into everyday behavior and work patterns can be difficult without support, mentorship, encouragement and coaching. Lessons in Leadership is a series for Leadership Greater Augusta Alumni to continue the journey of effective leadership.

Join us on June 19th as we explore one of the most challenging tasks of being a leader or manager.....having difficult conversations. On the one hand a leader would like to build trust and respect among their staff, on the other hand an uncomfortable discussion may be required to establish boundaries for the overall health of the organization. During June's Lessons in Leadership we will unpack difficult conversations and walk away with new tools for a positive outcome in these challenging moments.
